VIDEO MER
Video MER is an exclusive offering where medical details from the client are collected by trained medical professionals over a recorded video call as per a predefined set of medical questionnaire. It offers many benefits of cost and time, for both, the client and the company.
TELE MER
It is a process of obtaining medical details from the client over a recorded phone line. This underwriting tool is well established and practiced in many markets.

Both Video MER and Tele MER fundamentally replace the standard MER and routine blood profiles. This is most suited for individual life or pure term products which are thinly priced, however, may also be used for additional medical benefits such as Critical illness and sickness benefits. This can also be utilized for Group insurance business, credit life business & even health business.

VIDEO INTERVIEW
Video interview is a method to gather information from the proposed insured. A trained medical professional gathers the relevant information over a video call from the proposed insured, about the medical history including diagnoses, tests and medications, family medical history and lifestyle including habits like usage of tobacco, alcohol consumption, hobbies etc. This can replace an application form making on boarding process faster and easier.
TELE INTERVIEW
Tele-interviewing is a telephonic interview conducted with a pre-determined set of questions in order to gather relevant information similar to video interview.

Optimizing Risk Better (ORB)
Our in-house software, ORB, developed exclusively to suit our model, is a state-of-the art comprehensive tool which facilitates the collection of risk related information directly from the applicant. This advanced software uses video and tele data collection techniques for the underwriting process. The information is recorded and shared with the concerned parties in an encrypted form. ORB, our risk optimizing tool, helps mitigate risks and manage information securely, ensuring a more efficient underwriting mechanism.
